Our Vision is to have VOYAGE LOGISTICS offices in today’s and tomorrow’s main economic hubs in China and connecting them with the world’s commercial centres through a carefully selected and maintained Logistics Network.
Our Mission is to deliver innovative, worldwide quality Logistics Services, meeting our Customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations. We are providing value to our Customers by continuously improving processes, products and systems and by investing in our employees.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
VOYAGE LOGISTICS is a Logistics provider at home in Asia. Our Asian and European roots, our international management experience and our staff act as a bridge between you and your overseas customer. Our Network connects Hong Kong and Mainland China with the world. In locations without own representation, we select strong local partners who share our belief that only quality leads to Customer satisfaction.
Unlike larger forwarders who focus on economy of scale and mass production, VOYAGE LOGISTICS is not bound to corporate office networks, global strategies and buying polices. We are servicing customers by understanding their individual logistics needs and selecting the most suitable transportation and warehousing solution that exist in the open marketplace. Flexibility in the choice of partners, routing, carriers, and price are key.
Many of our employees have been with VOYAGE LOGISTICS since its foundation in 2005 and form the backbone of the VLL family. New employees are carefully selected and trained up to our high quality standards. Knowing that Customers, Partners, and our Employees are the only reason for VOYAGE LOGISTICS’ existence, we treat everyone with fairness and respect.
